Beer style: Pale Ale – traditional English style top-fermented beer.
Tasting notes: With great body and roasted colour, for the enjoyment of a more intense flavour. Serving temperature Between 8 and 15 º C, though the optimal tasting is obtained over 9 º C, when real ale textures and flavours emerge.
•Malts: Pale, Crystal, Wheat and Coffee.
•Hops: Challenger, East Kent Goldings and Fuggles.
