Indian Pale Ale IPA
(Alc.6’4% vol., Grau Plat 14’7, 48 IBU’s)
Beer style: INDIAN PALE ALE or IPA. Strong beer of high fermentation, high degree and bitterness. It is a version of the English Pale Ale, exported to India in the colonial period.
Tasting notes: sweet Aromas of tropical fruits, from hops of the new world. High bitterness compensated by the sweet flavors of the malt and its high alcoholic degree.
Water of the Montseny.
Malts: pilsen, pale ale, of wheat, caramalt and malt biscuit.
Hops: nugget, target, summit, cascade and celeia.
